How to remove and install your injectors

 

Indicate if you are interested in a "HotSwap" where we build a set of injectors, ship them to you, and you simply return your servicable injectors back to us. This only requires a fully refundable $500 core deposit that is refunded to you once we receive your injectors.

NEW: With this program we include the injector Puller and Injection pump adjustment tool to set the pumps Injection Quantity. If you opt to keep these two tools, we will simply deduct the price for them from your core deposit.

 

Note: Installers Please make all required adjustments before driving the car. Adjustments to the "IQ" and Mechanical timing are mandatory to get the best performance/highest fuel economy and cleanest combustion. Consider this as Steps 2&3 of the injector "tune-up" process. We generally set flows on injectors for VE systems to utilize an IQ value of 6.2. Values lower than 2.8 cause conflict with the smooth idle control, values above 9.5 create conflicts with the load control software, again on VE TDI engines only.
