About Bosio the company
The Fratelli BOSIO company is a factory established in Turin, Italy in 1927. It was the first in Italy to make nozzles, elements and delivery valves for Diesel engines (agricultural applications, cars, trucks, busses, industrial and marine engines).
Not all Nozzles are created equal
Diesel Injector nozzles are the heart of the diesel fuel system. Extreme precision is required to insure optimal spray patterns and component durability. Internal tolerances are as tight as 500 nanometers between the needle and the nozzle wall.
Uniformity at the sub-micron level
Each nozzle hole is EDM machined to provide the smoothest uniform bore hole which helps the nozzles achieve the critical atomization characteristics necessary to meet the strictest emissions regulations in the world.
